As the Receptionist at Laird Cowley, Amy Kinsolving is often the first friendly voice clients hear when they call the firm and the first smiling face they see when they walk through the door. She takes great pride in creating a welcoming, professional environment where every client feels valued, respected, and at ease from their very first interaction.

With more than five years of administrative experience, Amy provides seamless support to the firm’s daily operations through exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. A graduate of the University of Montana, she discovered early on that she enjoys working with people, solving challenges, and helping create an organized, efficient workplace. Her approachable personality, professionalism, and commitment to excellence make her an important part of the Laird Cowley team.

She believes that every conversation is an opportunity to offer kindness, patience, and genuine hospitality, helping clients feel comfortable and confident that they are in caring and capable hands. Whether she’s assisting visitors, answering phones, or supporting the firm’s administrative needs, Amy strives to make a positive impact every day through thoughtful service and meaningful connections.

Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time in the kitchen baking for family and friends, with homemade cheesecakes being her signature specialty. She finds joy in sharing her creations with others and appreciates the simple moments spent with loved ones, bringing the same warmth and care to both her personal life and her role at Laird Cowley.
