McKenna Gonzalez is a skilled paralegal on the Laird Cowley team. Utilizing her background in client management and administrative services, McKenna assists our attorneys in daily task execution, case management, and file organization. A graduate of the University of Montana, she brings a strong focus on client services and project management to her role.
McKenna’s work ethic and meticulous attention to detail have been key to her success in her academic and professional positions. During her time at the University of Montana, she gained valuable experience as part of a research group, conducting critical investigations into juvenile justice and recidivism. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology, with additional concentration in Forensic Science.
Following graduation, McKenna obtained a position with the Montana Parks Service where she played a key role in contributing to the development of educational programs and park improvement projects. She later assumed a position in client management for an international company, where she successfully managed client projects.
In her role as a paralegal, McKenna supports Laird Cowley’s attorneys by managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and coordinating with clients. Her ability to maintain an organized case flow and meet tight deadlines ensures that the legal team operates efficiently and delivers excellent service. She is particularly adept at handling complex case logistics, from gathering essential documents to preparing materials for court proceedings, making her an invaluable asset to the firm.
Outside of work, McKenna is an avid hiker and kayaker. She is passionate about community involvement and volunteer work and enjoys working with local animal rescues and shelters.
