
Lisa Dickson
Administrative Assistant
Lisa Dickson is an accomplished professional with three decades of experience in project management, team leadership, and client relations. In her role as Administrative Assistant at Laird Cowley, she provides essential operational support, managing schedules, coordinating correspondence, and ensuring the firm’s administrative functions are conducted with professionalism and excellence.
Lisa has been an active member of the Missoula community for many years. Lisa became deeply involved in the restoration industry in 1995 while living in San Francisco. Upon returning to Missoula, she spent many years working at Dayspring Restoration, where she held multiple leadership positions, including Office Manager and Learning and Development Manager. In these roles, she oversaw complex projects and successfully executed initiatives that resulted in improved operational outcomes. She left the industry in 2024 as a Certified Restorer and a Triple Master Restorer.
In 2025, she joined the Laird Cowley team. Drawing on her extensive leadership and project management background, Lisa works hard to facilitate client communications, manage case documents, and conduct various clerical and administrative tasks. Her thorough approach to organization and communication upholds Laird Cowley’s commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Outside the office, Lisa enjoys music, gardening, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She and her husband have three adult children and three grandchildren. During her husband’s service in the U.S. Coast Guard, their family had the opportunity to experience many different parts of the country. They have lived in New London, Seattle, Bay City, Astoria, and on San Francisco’s Treasure Island. Today, Lisa is grateful to call Missoula her home and enjoys the many outdoor activities the area has to offer, including kayaking, camping, and pickleball.
