With nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality and food service industries, Margaret Warren brings a unique blend of warmth, professionalism, and efficiency to her role as receptionist. Known for her calm demeanor, quick multitasking skills, and ability to make everyone feel welcome, Margaret is often the first friendly face our clients see—and the reassuring voice that helps guide them.

Margaret’s background is rich with customer-facing roles that demanded poise under pressure and a genuine knack for communication. From fine dining establishments to bustling cafés, she’s worn many hats—hostess, head chef, prep cook, manager, and even sales representative. She has an intuitive understanding of people’s needs, cultivated from years of balancing high-volume service with personal connection.

In addition to her hospitality background, Margaret served as a Title Processor at MVD Express Commercial, where her role evolved to include front-end customer service. There, she developed a sharp eye for detail and an aptitude for handling complex administrative tasks, such as vehicle registrations and document processing. Her technological fluency in programs like Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Excel, and Word ensures that she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Margaret also holds a valid Notary Commission in the state of Montana, an asset she offers with integrity and professionalism.

Outside of work, Margaret is happiest in the kitchen baking from scratch, restoring old cars, or catching waves when she can. She values time with family and friends and brings that same spirit of care and connection into her work every day.
