Office Manager

Jennifer R. Armstrong is an experienced professional with an extensive background in business management and administration. As the Office Administrator at Laird Cowley, Jennifer oversees various aspects of day-to-day operations and also acts as a liaison between clients and members of our team. She possesses an extensive track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments and is efficient in handling client inquiries, consultations, and administrative tasks. 

Jennifer possesses an in-depth understanding of office management best practices including knowledge of accounting. Her strong interpersonal and organizational skills make her adept in handling a wide array of administrative tasks and business procedures. On a routine basis, she manages schedules and appointments, assists with the preparation of financial documents, performs accounting functions, and assists with training and new hires. Additionally, she works to ensure effective communication among staff and is the main point of contact for new clients, vendors, and third parties. 

Jennifer is passionate about making an impact not only in terms of her work as our firm’s chief administrator, but also in people’s lives. As a Missoula native, she is deeply invested in the welfare of her community. She takes great pride in her role and strives to build deep and meaningful connections with our clients and staff. She is eager to rise to any challenge and finds great fulfillment in being able to contribute to the success of her peers and the company as a whole. Her positive attitude, unrelenting loyalty, and strong work ethic make her a valued member of our team. 

Prior to her work at Laird Cowley, Jennifer was employed at Reep, Bell, Laird, and Jasper. There, she gained the necessary experience required to perform the variety of clerical and administrative support tasks she handles in her current role today. Jennifer is also an accomplished business owner and real estate professional. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time at Flathead Lake with her family.
